A valid passport and Missionary visa are required for travel to Togo.

Passport Requirements:

Original, signed passport valid for 6 months beyond stay in Togo, with at least one blank passport page available for Togo visa stamp(s). Amendment pages in the back of the passport are not suitable for Togo visas.

Togo Visa Application Form:

One Togo visa application form. After placing your order, fill out the application form included in your Visa Application Kit.

Photo Requirements:

Two recent 2 x 2 passport photograph in color, front view with a plain/white background.


OR - you can upload a photo when you place your order, instead of providing physical passport photos.

Other Forms:

A letter of intent outlining the applicant's purpose of travel to Togo, the length of intended stay in Togo, name of places to be visited, contact information in Togo, and accommodation information.

Letter Of Invitation:

An original letter of invitation from the sponsor in Togo explaining the relationship to the applicant and the purpose of travel to Togo. In addition, the letter must indicate the length of stay, place of stay, and host's name and contact information.

Medical Requirements:

International certificate of vaccination against Yellow Fever.

Special Instructions:

The duration of a visa is 90 days. If the traveler wishes to extend, his or her stay beyond 90 days, the traveler must contact the Ministry of Interior in Togo before the visa expires.
